Welcome to Bagil Guard Security Services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights and responsibilities when working with us.
1. Service Scope and Terms of Operation
Bagil Guard provides professional security services designed to meet our clients' unique needs. Services may include but are not limited to: on-site guard services, monitoring, security consultation, and risk assessment.
Our guards operate with the highest standards of professionalism, following the code of conduct and adhering to all guidelines as stipulated by our regulatory bodies.
Guard services are provided on a schedule mutually agreed upon by Bagil Guard and the client. Guards operate in pairs, with no individual guard working a continuous 24-hour shift.
2. Site Assessment and Client Obligations
A comprehensive risk assessment is conducted at each client’s site to determine the appropriate level of security and guard personnel required. Any modifications or recommendations will be shared with the client before services commence.
The client agrees to provide accurate and relevant information for the initial assessment to ensure a tailored security solution.
Clients are expected to provide a safe and conducive work environment for our guards and to report any suspicious activities or security concerns in a timely manner.
3. Payment Terms
Clients will receive an invoice detailing service costs based on the agreed service level. Payment is due on or before the 28th of each month. In February (leap years only), payments are due on the 27th. Delayed payments may incur additional charges, and failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services.
4. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. Bagil Guard reserves the right to terminate services without prior notice if the client breaches these terms or jeopardizes the safety and integrity of our guards or equipment.
In the event of early termination by the client, any outstanding payment for services rendered up to the termination date remains due.
5. Liability Limitations
Bagil Guard strives to provide top-notch security services; however, we are not liable for damages or losses resulting from unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, criminal acts by third parties, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Bagil Guard is not responsible for the client's property, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
6. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
We prioritize the privacy of our clients and handle sensitive information with care. Any non-public information obtained during our service will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or with the client’s consent.
7. Amendments and Updates to Terms
Bagil Guard reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
